Ruched Siagan

Ruched Siagan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational development and higher education. Currently serving as an Organizational Development Specialist at Saint Agnes Medical Center since January 2019, Ruched also contributes as an Adjunct Communication Instructor at State Center Community College District since August 2004. Previous roles include serving as Academic Dean at Brightwood College from August 2008 to December 2018, Academic and Career Advisor for the City of Clovis from May 2006 to August 2008, and Teaching Associate at Fresno State from August 2002 to December 2004.
