Lance Lum has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Lance began their career at Crawford & Company as a National Account Executive in 1990 and worked there until 1999. From 1999 to 2011, Lance served as the Vice President of Project Management at InsWeb Corporation. In 2011, they joined EIS Group Ltd as a Director of Release Management, a position they held until 2015. Lance then moved to State Compensation Insurance Fund, where they were a Vice President of Claims Technology and Consultant from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President of Claims Business Intelligence and Technology at the same company.
Lance Lum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with options in Finance & Real Estate from California State University - East Bay.
