Kaila Phillips has been working at SECU Credit Union since December 2012, starting as a Teller and eventually moving on to become a Teller Service Representative, Teller Services Team Lead, and currently holds the position of Associate Business Systems Analyst/Operations Specialist. Prior to joining SECU, Kaila worked as a Bank Teller at Wells Fargo. Kaila earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County in 2012.
