Janina Ustilaite

Janina Ustilaite currently serves as the Head of the Learning & Development Unit in the People and Organisation Development Department at Registrų centras since December 2019, where responsibilities include managing the L&D team and aligning strategic learning initiatives with business objectives. Prior experience includes leadership roles at MV GROUP Logistics from February 2012 to December 2019, where Janina shaped HR strategy and consulted on people-related topics, and as Head of the Foreign HR Projects' Unit, focusing on recruitment services in Germany and the Netherlands. Janina also held the position of Head of E-commerce and Direct Marketing Projects at Alma littera company group from January 2003 to February 2012, developing e-commerce strategies and standardizing business processes. Earlier professional experience includes coordinating international scientific projects as the "Swiss Baltic Net" Project Coordinator at Gebert Rüf Stiftung from January 2001 to December 2002. Janina holds a Master's degree in German and Roman Philology from Vilniaus Pedagoginis Universitetas and further education from ISM University of Management and Economics.
