Rasa K. possesses extensive experience in internal audit and financial management, currently serving as an Audit Committee Member at AB Klaipėdos vanduo and Head of Internal Audit at Registrų centras since March 2024. Rasa also holds the position of Chairwoman of the Board and Board Member at The Institute of Internal Auditors Lithuania, reflecting leadership in the field since April 2022. Previous roles include Head of Internal Audit at LRT and Specialiųjų tyrimų tarnyba (STT), where Rasa managed internal audit strategies and services. Rasa's foundational experience includes serving as Chief Auditor at Valstybės kontrolė, Chief Financial Officer at a private company, and the establishment of MB Asmeninis buhalteris, focusing on financial management consulting. Rasa's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Audit of Activities and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University, alongside a College degree in Accounting and Finance from Vilniaus Kolegija.
