Cindy Malone

Cindy Malone has over 38 years of experience at State Farm Insurance, currently serving as an Agency Deployment Coordinator responsible for coordinating and implementing agency deployments. Previously, Cindy held roles as an Agency Training Specialist, where agency sales training was delivered to agents and team members, and as a Learning and Development Specialist, which involved providing technology and sales training, as well as coaching agency leaders. Additionally, Cindy worked as a Policy Service Clerk, servicing commercial business policies. Since August 2012, Cindy has also contributed as an Agency Adoption Analyst. Education was pursued at California State University, Chico from 1982 to 1984.
