Don Wilcox

Don Wilcox is a seasoned telecom professional with extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as a Senior Telecom Solutions & Support Engineer at State National Companies since June 1997. During tenure, significant contributions include the expansion of the PBX and voicemail platform, which grew from four cabinets to eight, and the implementation of various systems such as IVR in 2001, ACD Monitor in 1998, and Call Recording and Evaluation in 2006. Prior to this role, Don Wilcox worked as a Telecom Manager at Inter-tel (formerly ICC) from 1986 to 1997 and previously as a Service Technician. Don Wilcox completed education at South Grand Prairie High School from 1974 to 1977.
