Alexa Valencia

Alexa Valencia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce services and learning development. Currently serving as a Staff Services Manager and previously as a Program Analyst with the State of California since April 2018, Alexa provides policy support for various Federal and State funded programs. Prior experience includes a Senior Specialist role at MAXIMUS, where Alexa managed internal learning systems, and a Training Coordinator position focusing on the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program. Other roles include successful employment placement as a Job Developer at The Arc of San Francisco, campaign finance assistance, and case management support for the San Francisco Sheriff's Department. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Studies from San Francisco State University.
