Kevin Gaines

Kevin Gaines has extensive experience in various roles within the State of California, specifically in Child Welfare and Community Care Licensing. Kevin has held positions such as Chief of Child Protection and Family Support, Deputy Director of Local Government and Community Relations, and Deputy Director of Children & Family Services. Kevin has also worked in roles outside of government, such as Operations Manager at The Energy Coalition and Management Analyst at the City of Moreno Valley. Kevin holds a B.A. in Public Administration from California State University-San Bernardino.
