Michele Magno is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Service Representative for the State of California since July 2020, Michele previously held roles such as Project Management Supervisor at the U.S. Census Bureau and Fulfillment Lead at Macy's.
