Bill Popper

Bill Popper is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Financial Specialist IT Examiner at The Florida Office of Financial Regulation since May 2021. Previously, Bill held the role of Financial Examiner for Virtual Currencies at the New York Department of Financial Services from April 2018 to May 2021.
