Prior experience includes an Associate position at Holland & Knight LLP specializing in commercial litigation and a Law Clerk role at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. John Guard began professional training as an Associate at Holland & Knight LLP after graduating with a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Florida State University, obtained in 1997.
