Lyndon Gallimore, FACMPE, MBA

Lyndon Gallimore has a diverse work experience in healthcare administration. Lyndon currently serves as the Director of Operations at State of Franklin Healthcare Associates, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Adventist Health from 2017 to 2019 as the Medical Group Operations Executive for the Northern Central California Region. During their tenure, they successfully addressed long-standing issues of physician dissatisfaction and high turnover, leading to significant improvements in physician engagement. Before that, they were with AdventHealth from 2009 to 2017, where they held various positions including Associate Vice President (AVP) Physician Services & Business Development at Takoma Regional Hospital and Director of Marketing and Business Development at the same hospital. At AdventHealth, they achieved impressive results such as attaining world-class provider engagement, high rankings for the physician leadership team nationally, and exceptional employee engagement ratios. Additionally, they played a key role in rebranding Takoma Regional Hospital as a leader in patient safety and healthcare quality, implementing successful marketing campaigns that resulted in significant growth in their ED, inpatient, and ambulatory surgery volumes.

Lyndon Gallimore obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Marketing from King University in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from the UCF College of Business between 1981 and 1984. In 1980-1981, they attended Southern Adventist University, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In addition to their education, Gallimore has obtained certifications such as ACMPE (American College of Medical Practice Executives) in 2015 and is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives starting from January 2023. Lyndon also holds a CMSR (Certified Medical Staff Recruiter) certification from the American Academy of Medical Management.
