ZERLYNDA FLEMING, CPM, has extensive experience in budget management and fiscal policy within various state agencies in Georgia. Currently serving as Budget Director for the State of Georgia since November 2015, ZERLYNDA oversees the development and revision of the Agency budget, alongside analyzing financial trends and legislative proposals. Prior roles include Budget and Fiscal Policy Analyst at the Georgia Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget, where strategic guidance was provided for the Public Safety Division's budget recommendations, and Budget Officer at the Georgia Department of Human Services, managing complex budgets and producing analytical reports. ZERLYNDA's career also includes experience as an Auditor II and a Family Independence Case Manager, further showcasing a strong foundation in financial analysis and client services. ZERLYNDA holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
