Chris Elliott

Chris Elliott is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition for the State of Indiana since January 2024. Previously, Chris held roles including Talent and Analytics Manager at Trumpet Behavioral Health, where efforts focused on behavioral health services, and Senior Service Delivery Manager at TELUS International Digital Solutions, achieving significant growth through strategic staffing initiatives. As the Talent Acquisition Manager at DSST Public Schools, Chris implemented recruitment strategies that notably increased applications from BIPOC candidates and improved efficiency in hiring processes. With a strong background in education and recruitment, Chris also served as Director of L&D and Recruitment at Thomas Carr Howe Community High School, where initiatives led to substantial improvements in student outcomes and staff diversity.
