Tehla Reece

Tehla Reece is a skilled professional with extensive experience in career coaching and case management. Currently serving as a Family Case Manager for the State of Indiana since October 2024, Tehla previously worked as a Career Coach at the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research from November 2018 to October 2024. Tehla also held the position of Career Navigator at Kalamazoo RESA/Miworks from March 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included assisting participants in achieving their high school diplomas and general equivalency degrees. Earlier in the career path, Tehla worked as a Production Worker at Textile System, Inc. from November 2004 to November 2013.
