Tina M. Funkhouser

Tina M. Funkhouser has extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation and care coordination, currently serving as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the State of Indiana since September 2017. Previous roles include Care Coordinator at CleanSlate Centers, focusing on client support for addiction-related barriers, and Resource Facilitator at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana, where Tina connected clients to social services and assisted with job reintegration.
