Eric Bueno

Eric Bueno, MSM, has extensive experience in the correctional field, currently serving as a part-time Correctional Officer at the Knox County Sheriff's Office in Maine since August 2018. Eric has held various roles with the State of Maine since November 2007, including Staff Development Coordinator and Maine Criminal Justice Academy Instructor, where responsibilities involve teaching correctional academy courses and providing training at the Maine State Prison. As a Unit Manager for the Intensive Mental Health Unit, Eric plans and oversees security and treatment programs, ensuring effective implementation and operation. Previous experience includes case management and correctional officer roles at the Maine State Prison and Hillsborough County NH, where duties focused on inmate care and facility security. Eric holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Kaplan University, along with an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice.
