Jordan Rhodes

Jordan Rhodes is an experienced economist currently serving as the Director of Research and Policy Analysis for the State of Maine since June 2023. Prior roles include Research Economist at RTI International from September 2021 to May 2023 and Economist at the Federal Trade Commission from August 2020 to September 2021, where analyses focused on merger investigations, particularly within the health care sector. Earlier experience encompasses a role as Economic Research Analyst at the Federal Trade Commission from August 2010 to August 2014 and as an Auxiliary Teacher in the Bilingual English Development and Assessment Program. Jordan Rhodes also served as a Teaching Assistant at Trinity College-Hartford during 2007-2008 for upper-level economics classes. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Business Economics and Public Policy from the University of Michigan (2014-2020), a non-degree program at The George Washington University (2011-2014), and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford (2005-2009).
