Meg Garratt-Reed

Meg Garratt-Reed serves as the Executive Director of the Office of Affordable Health Care for the State of Maine, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Meg directed the Office of the Health Insurance Marketplace at the Maine Department of Health and Human Services from March 2019 to March 2023 and was a Senior Advisor for Coverage and Affordability. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Policy & Partnerships for United States of Care, a Consultant at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and a Special Assistant at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Furthermore, Meg worked at the U.S. House of Representatives in various capacities, including Director of Operations and Legislative Assistant for Congresswoman Chellie Pingree. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree from Wellesley College and a Master of Arts in Public Management from The Johns Hopkins University.
