Sarah Gerrish

Sarah Gerrish has extensive experience in social work and case management within various healthcare and community service settings. Currently serving as a Forensic Intensive Case Manager for the State of Maine since March 2019, Sarah specializes in supporting high-risk mental health consumers transitioning from inpatient hospitalization. Previous roles include Office Manager at Pineland Farms Dairy Company, where Sarah managed operations at a relocated cheese production facility, and an Assistant Director for CarePartners/MedAccess at MaineHealth, where Sarah oversaw healthcare access programs providing critical services to patients. Sarah's earlier experience includes roles as a Care Coordinator and Case Manager at Maine Medical Center and Sweetser, as well as a Children’s Services Caseworker with the Department of Health and Human Services. Education includes dual Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Maine.
