Rachel Kleinhandler

Rachel Kleinhandler currently serves as an Executive Assistant in the Executive Office of the Governor for the State of Maryland, having transitioned from an Outreach Assistant role in Governor Wes Moore’s Appointments Office. Prior experience includes positions at the Child Mind Institute as a Social Media & Community Manager for Project UROK and various roles in the Wes Moore campaign, including Education Transition Policy Committee Assistant and Communications Fellow. Rachel has also contributed to The Steve Fund as a Program Analyst and Digital Community Coordinator, and held multiple positions at The Creative Coalition, including Program Assistant and Program Associate. Additional internships include a Research and Editorial Intern role at the Institute for Sustainable Development and a Marketing Intern position at L'Oréal. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in American Culture Studies and Business of Social Impact from Washington University in St. Louis, along with being selected for the inaugural cohort of the Jewish Changemakers Fellowship to enhance leadership skills.
