Tabitha Weinstein

Tabitha Weinstein serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Support Operations in HR for the State of Maryland since 2016, previously holding the position of HR Deputy Director for Business Operations. Weinstein's responsibilities include coordinating project schedules with key executives and overseeing research for personnel selection processes. Prior experience from 1997 to 2015 as an HR Administrative Officer and Investigator with the Baltimore County Government involved conducting thorough background investigations and implementing effective management strategies. Earlier roles encompassed service as a Sworn PFC, where duties included community engagement, risk assessments, and recruitment training. Tabitha Weinstein holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, alongside various certifications in medical coding and business administration, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from Frostburg State University.
