Mustafa Rahim

Mustafa Rahim is a seasoned Geographic Information Systems Manager with over a decade of experience at the State of Missouri's Office of Geospatial Information, where responsibilities include managing and monitoring Enterprise GIS Systems and providing technical support for GIS applications. Prior to this role, Mustafa served as a Water Resource Modeler and GIS Specialist at the Illinois State Water Survey, focusing on GIS databases for hydrological modeling projects. Additionally, experience includes research and teaching roles at Western Michigan University, involvement in NOAA's Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory, and early career work as a GIS Analyst and Training Coordinator at Geographical Solutions Research Center. Mustafa holds an MA in Geography with a focus on Geographic Information Science from Western Michigan University and an M.Sc in Geography and Environment from the University of Dhaka.
