Michael Gilbert

Michael Gilbert, Ed.D, has extensive experience in educational leadership and administration, currently serving as a Project Specialist and Central Region Team Leader at the New Jersey Department of Education since January 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Hamilton Township Public Schools from September 1979 to June 2014, including Director of Curriculum and Principal at Steinert High School. Michael also served as a Project Specialist for the New Jersey Department of Education from October 2014 to July 2018 and as an Adjunct Professor at Mercer County Community College from August 2014 to July 2023. Michael holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Seton Hall University and both a B.S. and M.Ed. from The College of New Jersey.
