Andrew Keppler

Andrew Keppler is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in state government, currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager/Program Manager for the State of Ohio since June 2007. Keppler has successfully led a statewide network centralization effort, impacting over 22 cabinet-level agencies and managing thousands of network endpoints. Additional achievements include overseeing the migration of over 500 servers to a centralized IT environment and contributing to a significant IT consolidation initiative aimed at reducing statewide spending by $200 million. Earlier roles included managing process standardization for IT support and document management upgrades, as well as serving as an intern focused on digital government initiatives. Keppler holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Technology Management and Policy from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Computer Science from Capital University, where also worked as an Assistant Cross Country Coach.
