Perrin Lim

Perrin Lim has extensive experience in fixed income investment, currently serving as a Fixed Income Investment Officer at Oregon State Treasury since January 2020. Prior to this role, Lim held positions at the same institution, including Director of Capital Markets from February 2014 to December 2019 and Senior Fixed Income Investment Officer from January 2002 to February 2014. With a career that began in portfolio management at Fremont General Corp. and ARCO Investment Management Company, as well as leadership roles at Security Pacific Investment Management Company and Pacific Century Advisors, Lim has built a robust skill set in capital markets. Perrin Lim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UC San Diego between 1979 and 1984 and graduated from Glen A. Wilson High School in 1979.
