Stuty Maskey

Stuty Maskey is an experienced professional in public policy and legislative affairs, currently serving as the Legislative Director at the House Speaker’s Office in Oregon since December 2022, previously holding the position of Deputy Legislative Director. Prior to this role, Stuty worked as a Policy Coordinator in the Office of Governor Kate Brown, focusing on education and environmental justice, and as a Policy Assistant for education and workforce issues. Additionally, Stuty has a background as a Legislative Analyst in Oregon's Legislative Policy & Research Office, providing research and analysis for legislative committees. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master in Public Policy from Oregon State University. Stuty's extensive experience also encompasses previous roles as an E-Campus Instructor at Oregon State University and as an International Fellow at the World Forestry Center, along with managerial roles in marketing and private sector promotion related to forestry policies.
