Zavier Borja currently serves as the Regional Solutions Coordinator for the Office of the Governor of the State of Oregon, facilitating community and economic development across several counties, including Jefferson and Deschutes. Prior to this role, Zavier functioned as the Community Relations Manager for the City of Bend, focusing on communication programs that enhanced engagement between the City Council and the community. As the founder and Program Director of Vámonos Outside, Zavier demonstrated leadership in outdoor program development. Additional experience includes positions as a Student Mentor, Recreation Lead, Regional Coordinator, Sports, Fitness & Recreational Coordinator, and Crew Member, showcasing a strong background in community engagement and youth development. Zavier holds a degree in Management & Organizational Leadership from George Fox University and an Outdoor Industry Leadership Certificate from Oregon State University.
