Madhu Gottumukkala

Madhu Gottumukkala, PhD, currently serves as the Commissioner of the Bureau of Information & Telecommunications for the State of South Dakota. Previously, Madhu held the position of Chief Technology Officer at CallHealth and at Sanford Health, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Director of Business Solutions and Director of App Development & Business Applications. Madhu also contributed as a Director of Central Engineering at Polycom and as an Advisory Committee Member at Dakota State University. Madhu obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Systems from Dakota State University between 2020 and 2023 and earned an MBA in Engineering & Technology Management from The University of Dallas in 2001.
