M. Alex Natt

M. Alex Natt is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in administrative law and sports governance. Currently serving as the Director and Chief Administrative Law Judge for the State of Utah since August 2022, Alex also operates Natt ADR and Natt Law Offices, PLLC. Prior roles include General Counsel for SnowSports Industries America and Chief Legal Officer for both U.S. Ski & Snowboard and the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where Alex contributed to the development of safeguarding policies for young athletes. Alex's expertise in sports law is underscored by service on the FIS Anti-Corruption Panel and as Vice Chair of the International Ski Federation. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah and studies in alternative dispute resolution.
