Norman Johnson

Norman Johnson serves as the Business Intelligence and Enterprise Reporting Manager for the Department of Technology Services in the State of Utah since March 2008, focusing on delivering accurate and reliable reports through a rigorous stakeholder engagement process. Prior to this role, Norman was the Service Level Manager responsible for managing performance metrics for executive branch agencies. From 2005 to 2007, Norman held the position of Customer and Product Support Manager in the Division of Information Technology Services, where key IT program implementations led to significant cost reductions and revenue increases. Norman's earlier experience includes a tenure as Data Center Operations Manager and Wireless Services Manager for the State of Utah, overseeing large-scale data center operations and critical public safety communication systems. Norman holds a Master of Science in Information System Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham and a BA in Political Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, along with military education credentials from the Command and General Staff College.
