Stuart Hamill

Stuart Hamill is an experienced Child Welfare Mediator for the State of Utah, where Stuart has been mediating child abuse, neglect, and dependency cases in the Juvenile Court system since June 2019. With over 300 hours of mediation experience, Stuart is qualified for the Utah Mediation Court Roster. Prior to this role, Stuart served as a Teaching Assistant at the School for Cultural and Social Transformation, co-teaching a lobbying class and developing a community lobbying training program for the Pacific Islander community. Additionally, Stuart worked as a Registrar at Parallon, managing patient access and intake processes for a high-volume hospital, and as a Counselor for the Utah Ulster Project, facilitating peace and reconciliation dialogues among youth from diverse backgrounds. Stuart holds a Bachelor's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Utah.
