Eleni Papadakis

Eleni Papadakis has over 30 years of experience in workforce development and education. As Executive Director at the Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board since April 2007, Eleni provides strategic leadership in workforce initiatives. Prior to this role, Eleni served as Vice President at Commonwealth Corporation from 1987 to 2007, where Eleni founded and managed the Center for Workforce Innovation, focusing on enhancing social, economic, and health outcomes for communities while boosting industry productivity. Eleni holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from Clark University.
