Kelli Hooke

Kelli Hooke serves as Associate General Counsel at Cloudflare, focusing on legal and compliance matters within the public sector. Kelli has also held the role of Senior Legal Counsel at the State of Washington and has been involved as Chair and Vice Chair of the Executive Ethics Board. As an Independent Consultant at SPACEAIMS, Kelli provides strategic advice in the space domain. Previous experience includes leading the public sector compliance program at T-Mobile, where Kelli advised on federal supply chain compliance and government contracts. Kelli's extensive military background includes serving as Trial Team Chief with the US Army, where Kelli led litigation teams and provided legal advice on complex contract and fiscal law matters. Kelli holds an LL.M. in Military Law and a J.D. from Regent University, complemented by degrees in International Relations and Affairs.
