Dave Kinskey

Dave Kinskey is an attorney at Kisling Law, LLC since December 2018, specializing in wills, trusts, and estates within a general civil law practice. Kinskey has served in the Wyoming State Senate since July 2014 and was the Mayor of Sheridan from November 2004 to July 2014, overseeing 180 employees and managing a $20 million operations budget. Prior experience includes founding and leading M&M Home Medical, a regional home health care company in Silicon Valley, and serving as Corporate Counsel and Director of Business Development for Mini Mart, Inc., facilitating its sale to Kroger.
