Sabina Dikmen

Sabina Dikmen currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards and People Analytics at the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sabina held positions as a Senior Associate at WTW from August 2022 to October 2023 and as the Compensation & Benefits Manager for the North Africa, Turkey & Central Asia region at Weir Minerals from February 2022 to June 2022. Sabina's extensive experience in total rewards and organizational development includes a tenure as Senior Manager on Total Rewards for Region Eurasia at Telia Company from May 2012 to December 2020, along with earlier roles at Azercell Telecom and Coca-Cola Bottlers Azerbaijan. Sabina Dikmen holds an MBA in Management from Khazar University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and German Philology from Azerbaijan State University of Languages, complemented by additional education at AIHR in 2021.
