Elvin Safarov

Elvin Safarov is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, and international logistics. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Specialist at the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) since March 2024, Elvin previously held roles at Azerconnect LLC, Italdizain Group, Azərbaycan Dəmir Yolları, Superior Products Caspian LLC, and Baku Shipyard LLC, where responsibilities included contract negotiation, bidding, and vendor evaluation. Elvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry and a Diploma in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
