James Little

James Little is a seasoned Project Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently working at State Service since September 2015. Prior to this role, James served as a Subsea Installation Specialist I and Graduate Engineer at Technip from August 2010 to August 2015. James began professional development with internships at State Service Co., Inc. and Cal Dive International, where key responsibilities included assisting in offshore construction projects and supporting site project management during installation. Additional early career experiences include diving for Spartan Divers and working as a shop laborer at Atlas Products, showcasing versatility and hands-on expertise. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, earned between 2005 and 2010.
