Ann Prendergast

Ann Prendergast is the current head of Europe at State Street Global Advisors. Ann has held this position since July 2017. Prior to this, they were a member of IAPF from January 2010 to July 2017. Prendergast has also been with SSgA Ireland, Irish Association of Pension Funds, State Street Global Advisors Europe Ltd, and State Street Global Advisors Ireland Limited in various capacities from July 2000 to January 2011. From January 2013 to July 2017, they were a non-executive director of SSGA Ireland Unit Trust Management Ltd. Prendergast has also been with Bank of Ireland Private Banking and Bank of Ireland Securities Services in various capacities from January 1999 to July 2000.

Ann Prendergast's educational career includes completing the Certified Investment Fund Director Programme at the Certified Investment Fund Director Institute, as well as studying Accounting at ACCA and Business Studies at the University of Limerick.
