Elise Thiemann

Elise Thiemann, CFA, is the Vice President of DC Investment Strategy at State Street Global Advisors, a position held since August 2022, where responsibilities include representing SSgA's defined contribution investment strategies to various stakeholders and overseeing the SSGA Target Retirement Strategies' glidepath and asset allocation as part of an 8-member Defined Contribution Investment Group. Prior to this role, Elise served as Co-Head of DC Investment Strategy and DC Investment Strategist at WTW from April 2018 to August 2022, and held the position of Senior Associate at Mercer from June 2013 to March 2018, focusing on defined benefit and contribution plan management. Elise began their career as an intern at Asset Consulting Group in May 2012. Elise holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 2013.
