Ryan Reardon

Ryan Reardon is a Vice President and Senior Strategist for Smart Beta ETF Strategies at State Street Global Advisors, a position held since September 2015. In this role, Ryan focuses on US-domiciled fund distribution and has participated in various leadership development initiatives related to SPDR® ETF Sales, Charitable Asset Management, and Fiduciary Advisory Services. Prior to this, Ryan worked at State Street Bank from July 2008 to September 2015 as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, contributing to business transformation and agile software development projects, as well as serving as a Senior Associate with a focus on syndicated bank loans and structured products. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 2008.
