Eric Poulin

Eric Poulin has over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, primarily with State Street since January 2001. Currently serving as a Manager in Transaction Management, Eric has held several key positions including Trade Administration Operations Manager and Portfolio Accounting Operations Manager. Responsibilities have included portfolio management support activities such as cash activity oversight, position maintenance, reconciliations, and pooled fund unit recordkeeping, as well as monitoring security lending programs and managing fund expenses. In 2013, Eric transitioned to State Street Global Advisors, where efforts focused on establishing a centralized trade administration function in Montreal, enhancing trade communication, transaction posting, and settlement processes while coordinating with the Boston office for North American support. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration Finance and a Certificate in Accounting from Université du Québec en Outaouais. Key achievements include the development of an Inkind transfer process with defined workflows and controls.
