Lochiel Crafter is the head of the Global Institutional Group at State Street Global Advisors. Lochiel has been with State Street since April 2012, starting as a Fund Accountant Senior Associate. In this role, Lochiel was responsible for providing supporting documents to external auditors, participating in migration projects, and providing training to other location staff. Lochiel was also responsible for reviewing valuation reports before release to clients, ensuring the accuracy of trades, and reconciling records for portfolio holdings and cash positions.

In November 2015, Lochiel was promoted to head of the Global Institutional Group. In this role, Lochiel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the group's operations, including client service, product development, and sales. Lochiel is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to grow the business.

Lochiel Crafter achieved a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath.
