Suzy Peffer

Suzy Peffer is a seasoned professional in business analytics and leadership, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Global Business Analytics for both the Client Coverage Group and Global Institutional Group at State Street Global Advisors since February 2015. With prior experience as Vice President and Director of Analytics at the same firm, Suzy has led initiatives to develop data-driven strategies that inform business goals and enhance sales effectiveness. Previous roles include Principal managing the US Treasury's Housing Finance Agency Initiative, President of The Tennis & Racquet Club of Boston, and Manager at the US Squash Association. Suzy holds a Master's of Public Administration in Public Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College.
