Himanshu Patel

Himanshu Patel is an accomplished professional in Human Capital Management (HCM) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at State Street since April 2023, Himanshu leads development efforts for Core HCM, Recruiting, and Performance Management modules, while guiding new company rollouts. Previously, as Associate Manager at Bristlecone, Himanshu built and managed a Workday team to address HCM functional areas. Experience as Workday HCM Lead at Hexaware Technologies involved support projects across multiple modules, while earlier roles included implementing and configuring Workday in Asia at Rentokil PCI and acting as a business liaison at other firms. Himanshu holds a GMPIT from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, an EMBA in Human Resources Management from Himalyan University, and a B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
