Ivan Fermon is an accomplished professional in human resources technology and account management, currently serving as VP of HR Technology at State Street since November 2019. Previously, Ivan held the position of Account Director at Alight Solutions, where leadership was demonstrated in the integration of key projects with Wipro and Appirio. Ivan's experience spans various leadership roles at Wipro Limited, Appirio, Panda Security, NTRGlobal, Amphire, Retek, Oracle Retail, and Clearpath Technologies. With a solid foundation in computer science and economics from Williams College, Ivan has consistently contributed to product direction, strategy, and customer satisfaction throughout a diverse career in technology and client services.
