Izabela Ślusarczyk-Turek

Izabela Ślusarczyk-Turek, MBA, possesses extensive experience in talent development and training management, currently serving as Head of Talent, Learning and Development at State Street since June 2011. Izabela has successfully aligned training initiatives with organizational objectives, managed multi-location training teams, and collaborated with senior managers to conduct training needs analyses. Previous roles include HR responsibilities at the Council of Europe, Global Training Manager at Monster Worldwide, and General Manager at ImplaDent Polska Sp. z o.o. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Stockholm University, certifications in coaching, and multiple degrees from Jagiellonian University. Izabela is also pursuing further education in Gestalt psychotherapy.
