Jesse Saglio

Jesse Saglio currently serves as the Global Head of Strategic Investments & Partnerships at State Street, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jesse was the President & COO of Rhode Island Commerce from 2015 to April 2022 and acted as the Director of Finance for the Town of Hopkinton, RI in 2014. Additional experience includes an advisory role at LoanStreet LLC, overseeing the AIG Investment Program at the U.S. Department of the Treasury during a critical period in the financial crisis, and holding vice president positions at KTP Advisors, Evercore Partners, and Lazard, where much of the focus was on investment banking, corporate finance, and retiree health benefit plans. Early career experience includes a role as a Senior Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Jesse holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance and Marketing from Georgetown University.
