Kathy Horgan

Kathy Horgan is executive vice president and chief human resources and citizenship officer at State Street Corporation, responsible for ensuring that employees feel engaged, valued and committed to the markets and clients they serve. She leads all global functions related to talent acquisition, career and leadership development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, and corporate citizenship. She also is a member of State Street’s Management Committee, the company’s most senior strategy and policy-making team.
